This entry was one day’s worth of food adventures.  Started off with some awesome brunch, then explored a wonderful farmer’s market, coffee….then the Distillery District where we went and drank a ton of beer, sake, and ate amazingly fresh oysters…and finished off the day at a top rated restaurant for dinner.

After half a day of drinking at eating, we got ready to finish off our night with a gourmet dinner.  I don’t know if you can tell in the photo, but at this point, I was already feeling hungover…never thought I would say that at 6pm.  I’m not a lightweight, I swear!

Dinner: George Restaurant

We each did the 7 course tasting menu…
Everything was well prepared, but nothing left a significant dent in our memories.  We couldn’t even remember what the dishes were, minutes after consuming them.

I apologize, I really have no recollection of any of these dishes. Overall, it was a great place to dress up for a nice dinner and cocktail, and a great venue to celebrate an occasion…but that’s about it.
